This project involved new construction of 3,000 sqft private residence on Lake George in Upstate New York. Designed in-house by C. Raymond Davis & Sons, the home includes a two-car garage, covered porch with a TV and fireplace, patio, and deck.

The home is conventionally framed with an exterior consisting of LP SmartSide engineered shake lap siding and a shingled roof, with custom timber post and beam porches and gable accent trusses. 

Some unique features of the home include reclaimed barnwood flooring, a steam generator in the Master Bathroom for the custom tiled shower/tub, a second-floor recreation room equipped with an air scrubbing system for smoke removal, and custom graphic inlays in the epoxy flooring of the upper and lower garage.
