If you haven’t hired an architect yet, CRD can provide both design and construction services for your home. This process, called Design-Build, benefits homeowners in a number of ways, including accelerated project delivery and cost savings.

Design-Build
Construction Management
If you have already hired an architect, allow us to serve as your Construction Manager. The earlier you involve us in your project, the smoother the transition will be from the design phase to the building phase. Our team will provide vital expertise through competitive pricing, constructability reviews, value engineering, and scheduling.
When the plans for your home are complete, our estimating department will provide a detailed estimate in an open book format, which includes subcontractor/supplier selection and proposals. This transparency will allow you to see exactly where your money is being spent.
Our team would then oversee the entire construction and post construction phases.
If you already have plans, invite us into your selection of builders so that we may have the opportunity to bid on your home and share the valuable expertise that we have to offer. We have an experienced estimating team ready to provide you with competitive pricing.
We will provide you with a price based on your plans and specifications. If selected to be your builder, we will oversee the entire building process.
