This stunning private residence is located on the waterfront of a secluded bay on the northern end of Lake George in Upstate New York. Totaling 5,219 sqft, the home boasts incredible lake views thanks to a NanaWall folding glass door system, large back porch, wrap around deck with cable railing, and Bluestone paver patio. 

The framing includes a combination of conventional, trussed, timber frame, and fabricated steel encased in wood for the cantilevered sunroom. The exterior consists of a combination of LP SmartSide lap siding and board and batten siding.

Highlights of the home include a custom timber frame at the entry porch and lakeside screen porch, rough sawn wood flooring consisting of reclaimed barn boards that were milled on-site, a grand stone fireplace, exposed wood beams, rustic barn doors, custom cabinetry and casework throughout, and four full baths with custom tile showers.
