Located in Pine Forge, PA, this project is a two-story steel-framed office building of approximately 41,000 sqft, including a walk-out basement level. The building features a two-story open lobby entrance containing a glass stairway. It sits on an axis with a pedestrian and golf cart bridge that connects to the existing campus. 

The building contains a first floor board room, three conference rooms, office suites, and a two-story library with an adjoining deck overlooking the outdoor terrace below. The second floor contains additional office suites and small conference rooms. The basement level contains an employee fitness center with locker rooms, an employee lunch room that connects to the outdoor terrace, a publications room, a records storage area, and a shipping/receiving area with a loading dock.

The building envelope is composed of a minimum 6” metal stud-framed and insulated exterior wall with a combination of manufactured stone veneer, fiber cement siding, and metal panel cladding. The aluminum windows, store front, and curtain wall systems are 1” tinted insulated glass. The roof system is 10” R-35 Structural Insulated Panel with a standing seam metal roof covering. Small sections of flat roof are high albedo white, fully adhered EPDM membrane over an insulated R-20 steel deck.
